Are you looking for a supportive and informative space where you and your child can meet other breastfeeding mothers and babies? Here mothers who breastfeed, or pregnant mothers who consider breastfeeding, can ask questions, support one another, share their experiences, and exchange practical breastfeeding tips. The underlying theme would be how to overcome various breastfeeding challenges, and would include discussion of topics, such as:

• How to get breastfeeding off to a good start
• Common challenges – engorgement, shallow latch, sore nipples, etc.
• How do I know baby is getting enough?
• Breastfeeding in public: where, when, how?
• How to handle criticism and lack of support
• Special challenges – breastfeeding an older child
• Self-care and me-time
• Breastfeeding and going back to work
• Pregnant and breastfeeding / Tandem breastfeeding
• Weaning: when and how?

The support group is for all breastfeeding mothers, regardless the age of the breastfeeding baby/child. It will be held in English, but parents who are not 100% confident with the English language are also very welcome!

The group meets every two weeks as shown in the schedule.
The fee is €3 per meeting and will be billed quarterly plus a one-time administration fee of €2.
