In a compact 2-day-course you will be equipped with basic information about birth:
We will talk about each phase of birth, discuss ways of pain relief and exchange ideas for possible support by the partners/birth companions. There will also be room for sharing your hopes or fears so you can prepare for your birth in a confident way.

Some health insurance companies subsidize participation in the course. After the end of the course, Familienzentrum can issue a certificate of participation, which participants can use to apply to their health insurance company for reimbursement of costs. Possible reimbursement of costs should be clarified directly with the respective health insurance company in advance.
